Privacy and email communication

What we collect and why

CAD Redraw Services Inc. receives the contact details, project descriptions, drawing requirements and files you choose to submit. We use them to review your request, ask questions, prepare and follow up on a quote, arrange secure access, and manage approved work, delivery and billing. Account and technical records also help us protect access and investigate problems.

Your drawings and information

We do not sell your personal information or customer drawings. We share information with authorized CAD Redraw team members, service providers and production partners only as needed to handle the work, operate the service or meet legal obligations. Submitting a quote request does not publish your drawings or give a contractor access through the public form.

Hosting, file storage, payment and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. Where information is processed depends on those providers and the service configuration. We do not promise that all processing stays in Canada. We will ask for permission before using identifiable customer drawings, feedback or project examples in public marketing.

Emails about your request

When you request a quote, we use your email for that request: receipt, clarification, the requested quote, relevant follow-up and secure access. An active project may also require delivery, billing and account or security messages. Sending a request does not automatically subscribe you to offers or general marketing.

Offers, savings and drawing tips

Marketing is optional. If you select the marketing checkbox, we send a confirmation link so you can confirm your preference. You can unsubscribe from marketing or turn off optional activity emails using the Email preferences / unsubscribe link in our emails. You do not need an account, password or payment to do this. Your choice is saved immediately.

You can also ask us to stop further contact. The team will review open inquiries and any active obligations; this does not automatically cancel approved work or erase invoices. Essential security or legally required messages may still be necessary.

Access, retention and safeguards

We use access controls and private file storage for request and project information. Share only information you are authorized to provide. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information as needed for the request or project, business records, security, consent evidence and legal obligations. Contact us to ask about the information we hold, request a correction or deletion, withdraw marketing consent, or raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained even after marketing stops. We may verify your identity before sharing or changing private information.

Website performance

We record aggregate daily page-view and quote-button counts to understand website performance. These analytics do not use tracking cookies or store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, email addresses, referrers or URL query strings. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Counts are approximate, not unique visitor measurements. Submitted requests remain separate service records.
