SCANS AND LEGACY DRAWINGS

Put your old plans back to work.

Your old plans still hold useful information. Send your clearest scans or drawing images, and we’ll review what can be reproduced in editable CAD.

Work from the clearest available source

Older drawing sets can contain faded text, skewed scans, handwritten changes or missing sheets. Share the best available scan or photograph and tell us whether another source exists. If you hold paper originals, contact us about preparing the source before sending physical material.

Make uncertainties visible

A readable dimension, reference scale or related drawing can help explain the source. If information is missing or contradictory, we ask questions and agree how to handle it. We do not turn assumptions into verified measurements.

Organize the information you already have

The work can reproduce the agreed geometry, text and drawing information in the required CAD setup. Tell us about disciplines, layers, sheet references and deliverables so the quote covers the right work.

Preserve the distinction between records and reality

A redraw of an old plan is a reproduction of source information. It is not evidence that the building matches that plan today. Field checks, engineering review and professional approval remain separate activities.
